DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost parcels

If Royal mail confirms that a parcel has been lost in transit, a replacement item will be issued once the loss has been verified.

Please note that refunds are not provided in cases of confirmed lost parcel


Missed Deliveries 

If a delivery attempt is missed and the parcel is returned to us by Royal Mail, a £5 fee will apply before the order can be resent 


 REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR; 

The BOUBOU/KAFTAN is too big for me REFUND AND EXCHANGE IS NOT APPLICABLE in cases, as Boubous ARE MEANT TO BE BIG. Details fully explained in caption for Boubous 

THE BOUBOU/KAFTAN is too long for me. Length of Boubous has been fully mentioned in caption for Boubous.

I don’t like the color I chose ( Exchange option is available)

I chose a wrong size ( Exchange option is available 


REFUNDS; 
We can only refunds the cost of an item if there is an error with the order or damage to the item. This can take up to 5 days to clear and we do not have control over this

 

EXCHANGE POLICY 

We will cover the re-delivery cost if ;

We sent the wrong item 

We sent the wrong size ( for fitted clothing) 

There is a production or design error 

Customer covers the re-delivery cost if; 

An incorrect size was picked for fitted designs 

You wish to exchange for a different color

IMPORTANT NOTES

Items for exchange must be posted back within 72 hours of delivery 

Item must be unworn,unwashed and in original condition 

Exhange are subject to availability
